Position Title: Shop Floor Supervisor
Position Duties:

Schedule and implement daily production in a low volume, high mix, dynamic production environment supporting electronics manufacturing with value added subcontracting services.
Supervision and support of all production personnel in all production roles. Supervision and support of all customer support personnel.
Supervision and support of all shipping/receiving activities and personnel.
Schedule staff to ensure all machine loading is properly supported.
Responsible for scheduling maintenance of all production and related equipment.
Schedule and place orders for all needed production supplies including shipping supplies and all consumables used on production floor.
Recommend and execute improvements to shop floor control software.

Position Requirements:

9 months of experience in device programming using both on board and off board commercial programming equipment including automated programming handlers.
9 months experience with SMT tapes and reel operations.
12 months experience in customer service for a value-added services or engineering services supplier in the electronics manufacturing sector.
Direct, hands-on experience with all of the following: BPM microsystems 1400, 1600, 2600 programmers, Dataman 48Pro2C and 448Pro2 programmers, Microsemi Silicon Sculptor 3 programmer, Xeltek 6100, 6100N, 7500 and 7500N programmers, System General/ Acroview Multi-Apro, T9600, T9800 and SG8000 programmers, Microchip Promate II and Promate 3 programmers, Lattice model 300 programmer, Texas Instruments MSP-GANG programmer, System General AP900 & SG3000 programmer/handlers, V-tek TM-50 and TM-200 reelers and PT-55 peel force tester, Q Corporation QMT-1100D reelers. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Access, including the ability to crate/modify forms, reports, queries, and modules. Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
Ability to customize laptop and desktop PCs for use in production. Functional understanding of eMMC, NAND FLASH, microSD and SSD programming/duplication.
Basic understanding of QuickBooks as it relates to data uploads from Access.
Basic understanding of automated electronics assembly.
Experience with soldering.
Understanding of MAC address sterilization.

Salary: $ 75,000-90,000 / year based on experience.
